Concept: Profiling Tool
Objective: Collect Physician Data from Sales Representatives for an effective Customer Segmentation exercise that will save thousands of dollars in marketing efforts of the drugs & vaccines.
Guide: The individual representatives receive a customized copy of the Profiling Tool via an automated email process. Representatives select each physician from the list box and fill up all responses to the questions. Responses are saved for future references and can be modified at a later time. The summary of the responses can be viewed and sent for analysis once the exercise is completed. The clickable objects are available in yellow color for ease of navigation.
